Mr. Ayers is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Genesis Employee Benefits, a nationwide health care savings and reimbursement plan administrator headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has more than 25 years of diverse experience as a senior financial executive. He has served as CFO and Treasurer for diversified financial services organizations, investment banking, manufacturing, distribution, and engineering firms, both in the U.S. and abroad. He is responsible for financial operations, cash management, investor relations, and acquisitions.  He has been instrumental in raising capital through corporate debt financing, private placements and public offerings throughout his career.

Mr. Ayers received his undergraduate degree in Government from Pomona College, Claremont, CA in 1968 and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1970.

Mr. Ayers is active in many local and national professional associations and most recently served as Director and Chairman, Private Company Committee for Financial Executives International (FEI), Florham Park, NJ. Next>>
