Leadership Team

Ms. Urdahl is a consulting actuary for Genesis Employee Benefits, a nationwide health care savings and reimbursement plan administrator headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has over 16 years of actuarial experience working with all sized employers to develop their retirement and Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) strategies; both under FASB Statement 106/158 and GASB Statements 43 & 45. Specific areas of focus include plan design, plan funding and financing, and plan administration services.

Ms. Urdahl is currently president and CEO of Hildi Incorporated, an actuarial firm specializing in retirement plan and OPEB valuations. She worked for two international benefits consulting firms (Hewitt and Mercer) for over 14 years in various capacities, including principal actuary, managing supervisor, region recruiting lead, and Society of Actuaries exam committee member.

Ms. Urdahl is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), Enrolled Actuary (EA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA.) She attended Gustavus Adolphus College, where she earned a B.A. degree in Mathematics with a Music Minor and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa status. Next>>
